- Criminal justice compliance
- Secure data handling and consent requirements
4. No Cloud Storage by Default
Our system does not store biometric data in the cloud by default. Data is processed and stored locally unless users configure their own encrypted cloud solution.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your account is involved in unlawful use
- Payment disputes or chargebacks occur
6. Limitation of Liability
FingerprintVS is not liable for:
- Data loss due to misuse or failure to back up
- Forgotten encryption keys
- User error, hardware failure, or external breaches
- Regulatory fines or violations due to your failure to comply with laws
7. No Guarantee of Results
Our software is provided “as is”, with no guarantees regarding:
- Performance accuracy
- Legal acceptance of fingerprint data by third parties
- Software suitability for any specific legal or business outcome

- Users must take full responsibility for securing their encryption keys. If an encryption key is lost or forgotten, access to the data or system may be permanently lost.
- Users are required to follow best practices for password and encryption key storage, such as using password managers and secure storage methods.
3. Data Backup Requirements
- Users are expected to create backups of their encrypted fingerprint data and system configurations prior to activation or major software updates.
- The company will not be held responsible for data loss resulting from the absence of proper backups.
4. Lawful Use Only
- Users agree to use the System exclusively for lawful and ethical purposes.
- The System may not be used to store, transmit, or process unauthorized fingerprint data or to impersonate any individual or entity.
5. Local Compliance
- Users are responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to the handling of biometric and personal data.
- This includes, but is not limited to, laws such as the GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection and biometric privacy statutes.
6. No Technical Support for Encryption Issues
- The company provides technical support only for issues related to the core functionality of the software.
- Users must consult third-party documentation or services for help with encryption tools like VeraCrypt or BitLocker.
7. Assumption of Risk
- By using the System, users acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with managing biometric and encrypted data and accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from improper use.
8. Agreement to Terms
- Continued use of the System indicates acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any portion of this document, you must immediately discontinue use of the System.
This Agreement is binding and enforceable under the governing law specified in your Terms and Conditions document.

- You will not hold Trusted Independent Networking Group. responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Independent Networking Group’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license or service. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory.

3. No Refunds for User Error
We are not responsible for user errors such as:
- Incorrect software installation
- Failure to configure encryption properly
- Inability to use the Software due to hardware issues or lack of technical skills
Make sure your system is compatible and that you follow all instructions before activation.
4. Irreversible Activation
Once the encryption or activation code is issued:
- It is permanently bound to your device or license.
- The software cannot be deactivated or returned.
- Therefore, no refund or reversal is possible.
5. Chargeback Prevention
By agreeing to these terms:
- You waive your right to file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
- Disputes must be resolved directly with us, in accordance with our arbitration clause (see Terms & Conditions).
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from all future services.
6. Preview, Trials, and Demos

🛠️ Limited Support Clause
FingerprintVS provides support only for technical software issues. We do not offer support for:
- Encryption setup or recovery
